Thank you for choosing Concise Views Counter by RobertWP. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Concise Views Counter Lite and Pro plugins, including related services such as the REST API, updates, and support.
By using our plugins or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Plugin License and Usage
- Concise Views Counter Lite is provided free of charge and is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0.
- Concise Views Counter Pro and Lifetime versions are paid products. By purchasing a license, you are granted the right to use the Pro features on a limited number of sites, as specified by the license plan.

3. Updates and Support
- Active licenses are eligible for plugin updates and priority email support.
- Lifetime licenses include lifetime updates and support without renewal.
4. REST API Usage
The plugin provides a REST API endpoint to fetch view count data. API access is read-only in the Lite version and configurable in the Pro version.
You are solely responsible for securing your API endpoints, especially when using the plugin on public-facing or multisite installations.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided you demonstrate a valid reason such as a technical issue we cannot resolve. Please contact us for refund requests.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the plugin.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall RobertWP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the plugin or website.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
