How it works？

4. Click “Start Batch Conversion”.
5. WebP files are generated gradually with visible progress.
The process runs in small batches using AJAX requests. You can monitor progress and stop at any time.
About automatic conversion
RW WebP Converter Lite includes an optional auto-conversion feature for newly uploaded images.
This feature is disabled by default and can be turned on or off at any time.
When enabled, automatic conversion:
• Only applies to images uploaded after activation
• Only generates WebP files
• Does NOT modify database records
• Does NOT affect existing images
If you prefer full manual control, you can simply keep this feature disabled.
Performance & stability
RW WebP Converter Lite is designed to minimize server load and avoid timeouts during image conversion.
